Returns Policy

How to Arrange a Return

- Please contact us in advance to arrange any return.

- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

- All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Parts must be unused, re-saleable, and in their original packaging.

- Used, installed, or “tried” parts cannot be returned.

- Electrical parts are non-returnable.

- Parts with part numbers ending in QQK or FFF are non-returnable.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds & Credits

- For unused products returned in original packaging, a credit will be issued once the part(s) are received and inspected at our facility.

Return Shipping

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders, or portions of orders, may be cancelled up until the time they are shipped and no longer in our possession.

- If a cancelled item was specially ordered from the manufacturer, a 20% return fee will apply.
